Managing The Changing Environment In An Enterprise †Free Samples

Question: Discuss about the Managing The Changing Environment In An Enterprise. Answer: Change is a process to achieve the goal in a business. However, in an organization incorporation of the changes is necessary. Changes may be regional or global, however, implementation of the new changes in an organization has both negative and positive effect (Burke 2017). Hence, it is important for the organization to make changes in positive ways within the organization (Jabbari and Hassani 2017). In order to cope with the changing environment efficiency of the individuals is vital. As for example, a heart is the vital part of the human body, which carries out many activities of the human body. Similarly, the success of an organization depends on the efficiency of the employees within the organization. However, the current strength of an organization can be measured based on the efficiency of the employees. An organization gets more opportunities through the changing environment that enables them to implement the new strategy in their business. According to the article, it has been received that efficiency plays a significant role in managing the changing environment in an enterprise. As per the selected article, it has been observed that efficiency is vital to cope with a changing environment in an organization. This present article provides the various aspects of the efficiency in the context of managing change. However, a clear idea is generated from the article that efficiency allows an enterprise to utilize the opportunities that occur from the changes in an organization. Therefore, efficiency can be defined as the reduction of the obstacles and implementation of the new changes in an organization. Hence, this article gives a clear concept regarding the efficiency in an organization during the change. However, the concept of efficiency that is undertaken through this article only based on the business context that is a weakness of such article. On the other hand, in the product and business context, the significance of efficiency is clearly highlighted in this article. It is important for an organization to evaluate the critical factors that are associated wi th a business (Kishore Vashist and Dwivedi 2017). This article gives an overview of the different factors influencing the efficiency. Based on the business growth, development, technology, management approach, equipment, and energy the efficiency of an organization is affected. This highlights on the strength of the article. On the other hand, there is no brief discussion of such factors, which highlights on the weakness of the present article. There is clear evidence about the methodologies to increase the efficiency of the organization. As for example, value analysis, Zero bases budget management, normal grouping method, brainstorming method and force field analysis methods are crucial for the enhancement of the efficiency are discussed in this article. This fulfills the above statement. Therefore, the reasons of falling efficiency like the unfavorable relationship between the employees, employees, and manager, low motivation and job inconsistency lower the efficiency level in an organization. On the other hand, it has opined by (Zide et al. 2017), poor communication also hampers the efficiency level in an organization. This above factor ensures the reasons of maximizing and decreasing the efficiency in an organization while there is less account the significance of efficiency in thechange management context. This article gives a brief overview of the motivational techniques in order to increase the efficiency of the employees in an organization. Hence, this focuses on the ways through which the efficiency can be improved. This is the strength of this article, however; the importance of the employee efficiency is now briefly discussed in this article that is the main statement of such study. Efficiency is significant in an organization to implement the changes within the organization (Dobre 2013). However, if the employees are more efficient then they will be flexible with the changing environment. According to my viewpoint, efficiency is crucial for every business to increase the performance of the business. In order to make the employees more efficient, it is important for a business organization to identify the factors that influence the efficiency in an organization (Andries and Czarnitzki 2014). Therefore, in this current article, the factors are mentioned in a good manner that maximizes the efficiency of an organization. However, in this article, it has been found that technology, management approach, equipment, business practice, and energy are the main factors of efficiency. While according to Park and Shaw (2013), employee relationship with the organization is a big factor of the efficiency. Therefore, several methodologies have been taken in this article to understand the process through which the efficiency can be maximized. Work study, business enlargement, brainstorming process, nominal grouping method, zero-budget management and force field analysis are mentioned as the process of maximizing the efficiency. As argued by Kroemer and Kroemer (2016), setting a clear goal regarding the employee performance is a vital area of improving the employee efficiency in an organization. This article focuses on different motivational theories. According to (), Maslow's theory is the most important motivational technique that maximizes the employee efficiency in an organization. This article includes primary data collection technique. However, only quantitative data collection method has been used in this article. As argued by Zide et al. (2017), both quantitative and qualitative methods are necessary to collect and analyzed data. This article only follows the quantitative method as survey over 299 people has been conducted in this study. Employees of Cerkezkoy organized Industrial site participate in this survey. As commented by Jabbari and Hassani (2017), the interview is necessary for collecting authentic data from the concerned person. Hence, in this methodology, the interview is missing, which is necessary. The thesis statement of the article is justified as the entire article reveals the factors of efficiency, issues that lower the efficiency and motivational techniques to improve the efficiency. These aspects give a clear indication of the role of efficiency in change management process. The important key points that are being discussed in the article are the important factors which are affecting the efficiency of business. The essence of the article is to state the important factors which should be taken into consideration while describing the working of the company. The factors which are intra business based. The Extra business factors, which influence practices of business, approach of management and technology. These factors should be termed as important key factors or points because these factors are the essentials, which are pushing the efficiency to a newer dimension (Brettle, Strese and Flatten 2012). The intra business factors such as Machine, Equipments are the important sources in the organization, which are needed to be efficient enough for the workers in terms of their methodology of their work (Trimi and Berbegal 2012). Through the utilization of the effective extra business factors, it is important to note down that the efficiency must be brought in terms of the management approaches, practices of the business, which would encourage the workers to work more swiftly. The growth of business and development is also an important aspect, which would encourage the proficiency of the worker. This incorporates the enlargement of business, job enrichment and Study of Work. These key points are important in terms of stages, where each step must be followed in terms of bringing efficiency in the work of business (Hayes 2014). The key reasons to note down why the efficiency is not higher in the enterprises because due to unsafe and unhealthy working environment can be unhealthy relationship between the managers and employees, low motivation and bone of contention between the colleagues. There are the important factors which are needed to be taken into account behind the reasons that why the efficiency is being poorly affected. By taking these key points in mind, the motivational factors are needed to be taken into consideration. The Motivation is another important key factor, which provides the employees with proper prospects and encourages them to work more efficiently. To encourage motivation, there are certain motivational techniques which are needed to be utilized in order to increase the efficiency of the wage earners. The motivational techniques include that the managers need to observe the employees well and for this, different models of the motivation are also needed to make the employees understan d the necessity of their working field. Therefore, it can be said that efficiency, which it itself a key point needs to be taken into consideration while framing out the importance of the expansion of the efficiency. The change Management is another important factor, which is affecting the efficient working of the organization. More changes are involved, lesser the difficulties. To reduce, the state of difficulties, the change is inevitable. The further changes would give birth to the opportunities to the employees and finally the employees would be motivated to carry out their work properly in the organization (Merrell and Watson 2012). The entire study reveals the different aspects of efficiency during the change management process. Therefore, different factors of change management are also discussed in this study. On the other hand, the issues that affect the efficiency of an organization are defined here clearly. Apart from these various techniques such as motivational techniques are taken place to evaluate the ways through which the efficiency of the employees can be increased during the change.
